Cost and timeline figures

Cost ranges and timelines published on this site are indicative bands for 2026, based on our own project pricing in Pune. They are not quotations and do not form an offer. A binding figure is issued only in a written BOQ tied to a drawing and a material list.

Project content and images

Project descriptions on this site describe work delivered by the studio. Where a project is illustrated with representative imagery rather than the delivered photographs, that is indicated at the point of enquiry. Client names and addresses are not published.

Intellectual property

Drawings, visualisations and specifications remain the intellectual property of ilika Interiors until the design fee is settled and the licence terms in the project contract take effect. Website text and images may not be reproduced without written permission.

Accuracy

We keep the information on this site as accurate as we can, but construction regulations, society rules and material availability change. Nothing here is a substitute for a site-specific survey or for statutory advice.
