Second Life — 2BHK Refresh, Pimple Saudagar
Fifteen years in the same flat, a kitchen that had stopped closing, and no wish to move. A targeted refresh rather than a renovation, because the services were sound.
- Location
- Pimple Saudagar
- Type
- Apartment · Residential
- Area
- 940 sq ft
- Duration
- 6 weeks
The clients wanted the flat to feel current without losing three months to a full renovation. The wiring had been replaced five years earlier, which made a partial scope viable.
What we changed
- Surveyed the electrical and plumbing first and confirmed both were serviceable, which is what made the smaller scope honest rather than a shortcut.
- Replaced the kitchen and three wardrobes, relocating two electrical points to suit the new layout.
- Repainted throughout and replaced all light fittings with a consistent warm temperature.
Outcome
Six weeks of work, no structural change, and the flat reads as new on entry.
