Desk by the Window — 2BHK, Hinjewadi
Two people working from a 1,020 square foot flat, both on calls, both in the same room. The design turned a dead corridor into two separated work positions.

The flat had no study, and the second bedroom had to remain a bedroom. The clients needed two work positions that could be left set up, and acoustic separation so calls did not collide.
What we changed
- Converted a 1,400 mm wide corridor end into a built-in desk with a window, drawers and an adjustable monitor arm.
- Added felt acoustic panels on the shared wall and a solid-core door with a drop seal on the second bedroom.
- Designed the living room storage to hide the printer, chargers and cable clutter that a two-person work household accumulates.
Outcome
Both clients now take calls simultaneously without either leaving the flat for a co-working space.
